Some European cities are considering a toll

In an effort to alleviate traffic, new tolls are being considered in some European cities. Like London, they would like to charge the driver per kilometer he or she drives in the city. This toll would be higher during rush hour. Drivers will have to put a counter on their dashboard or something similar that keeps track of the amount of kilometers driven in the city. These measures are, of course, encountering resistance, but something needs to be done to keep the mobility.
